My boyfriend met a woman the other day who had the same symptoms and same surgery as me, and 1 year post surgery is a new person. I had to post because I would love to know how things go- I&amp;#39;m an illustrator (30) who started experiencing pain in my wrist, then elbow, a few months ago. I was going to a PT, but it continued to worsen in my elbow (my wrist felt somewhat better very quickly, so it was probably just tendinitis there) &amp;amp; after my nerve conduction test, -which showed ulnar nerve damage in the cubital tunnel- the pain got almost unbearable and my hand was almost always completely numb. I&amp;#39;ve had an MRI too, which shows the nerve is thickening in the same spot. I can&amp;#39;t work without my right arm but surgery scares the crap out of me- Maybe not so much because it&amp;#39;s surgery- but because I don&amp;#39;t know if I&amp;#39;ll get the full range of motion that I need out of my pinky, for art, after they go in. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks for posting all your experiences- as much as they suck (God, do I ever know)- it was really nice for me to be able to read about what someone else is going through and what they&amp;#39;ve learned.</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/7270799049398666565/8025621597039645199/comments/default/87274897895396341'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/7270799049398666565/8025621597039645199/comments/default/87274897895396341'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://www.thepinkestblack.com/2010/01/7-days-to-go.html?showComment=1264921780099#c87274897895396341' title=''/><author><name>Melora</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/13075248131919678172</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://www.thepinkestblack.com/2010/01/7-days-to-go.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7270799049398666565.post-8025621597039645199' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/7270799049398666565/posts/default/8025621597039645199' type='text/html'/></entry></feed>
